On arrival 

Parents are required to sign their children in on arrival. 

New children will be allocated a Buddy.

Breakfast - Each morning children serve themselves, under supervision, from a selection of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, fresh fruit juice, milk or water. We are always willing to cater for any reasonable requests and dietary requirements. Breakfast is available until 8.30am

Activities - There are lots of activities set out for children to enjoy themselves with an opportunity to meet friends before school starts. Thees include pool and table football, craft activities, drawing,  a writing table, board games, small world, role pay, construction toys and many more activities.

8.45 a.m.   Junior children will be allowed into their own playground ready to line up.

Infant children will be kept until 8.55 a.m. and are escorted by two members of staff to their classrooms, hanging coats up on the way.

Fees    £3.50 per child per session.

Booking forms are available from school each half term.
Payment is required when booking forms are returned.

All our children are looked after by qualified staff who are C.R.B. cleared and have First Aid and Food Safety Training.  Staff regularly attend courses for the benefit of the children.

Our policies and procedures are always available for parents to read.

Our OFSTED reports are good and available to read upon request.

After School Club

Booking forms are available from school each half term.
Payment is required when booking forms are returned.

Menu:
At 3.30 pm a snack is provided. Milk or water are provided at 4.45 pm with drinks and fresh fruit and vegetables are available as self-service.

Activities:
Activities commence indoors and out, weather permitting.


The children then stay inside with activities mostly chosen by them until they are collected and signed out by the parent/carer.

All our children are looked after by qualitifed staff who are C.R.B cleared and have First Aid training.  Staff regularly attend courses for the benefit of the children.

A new snacks menu is being developed following consultation with the children. Mellors catering services are working to ensure that the menu encompasses the School Food Standards, which is a requirement of the Department for Education School Food In School guidance.

The children are developing sophisticated tastes and some new items, hummus and couscous have been added.
