Our Approach to Home Learning
Following the nationwide closure of schools due to Covid-19, a clear and effective Home Learning strategy needs to be in place in case further closures or isolation needs to happen. Our strategy needs to take account of the following:
- an individual child being absent from school due to needing to isolate
- a class being absent from school due to isolation
- the entire school being absent due to full lockdown
We can’t plan for every eventuality and the amount of work and its content will vary significantly depending on the age of the child but we aim to set out our approach to Home Learning in this document which we hope you will find useful.
