Parent Governor and Nominated Governor for Maths and PE – 2023
I have two children at Little Hoole Primary school and one older child that has recently left for High School. Having spent 7 years as a Parent at Little Hoole and with another 6 to go I wanted to give something back to the school and to get more involved to support the Senior Leadership of Little Hoole to continue to develop and grow.
My background is in Law and Legal Services with a focus on governance and infrastructure, the skills that I have from this role combined with my experience as a Little Hoole Parent allows me to fulfil the governor role with a particular interest in communication, wider experiences, and curriculum.
I have no background in education however I find that this has been beneficial as it means I will often have to ask the awkward and challenging questions.
As a Mum of three boys I spend most of my spare time in muddy fields watching football, rugby, cycling, running and anything else outside.
